摘要: 植树造林作为提升陆地碳汇的有效策略,在缓解全球气候变化中发挥着关键作用。然而,植树造林如何影响土壤动物群落,仍缺乏系统认识。本研究通过整合全球尺度上14281组配对数据,评估了植树造林对不同生态系统类型土壤动物丰度、生物量和多样性的影响。结果表明:(1)总体而言,植树造林对土壤动物群落的影响有限,仅增加螨类丰度(36.9%)、原生动物丰度(56.9%)和节肢动物生物量(777.3%),以及降低跳虫丰富度(17.9%)、蚯蚓均匀度指数(38.7%)和原生动物Simpson指数(77.1%);(2)在非林地上造林增加土壤动物丰度和多样性,尤其是在荒漠生态系统中,土壤动物总丰度和Shannon-Wiener指数分别增加92.5%和65.8%;相较之下,在林地上再造林总体上对土壤动物群落表现出负效应;(3)造林效应受林分特征(如林龄、冠层密度、胸径)和造林前土壤性质(如容重、pH、碳氮含量)的调控,但与树种类型(叶型或菌根类型)无关。总体而言,在不同生态系统类型中植树造林对土壤动物群落的影响存在显著差异。上述结果表明在全球环境变化背景下,利用植树造林提升碳汇和恢复生物多样性应充分考虑初始生态系统的遗留效应。
